VTS Consulting Ltd. is responsible for the production of various County transportation capital improvements, as well as storm damage road repair projects and bridge rehabilitation projects.  A staff of engineers and technicians (and in the case of some projects, consultants) are responsible for preparing engineering plans and specifications. and providing input for various government grant requests for roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.

The purpose of VTS Consulting Ltd. is to plan and design a safe, efficient, and cost effective transportation system by providing quality plans, feasibility studies, technical legal support, and consultant coordination for a highly diverse transportation program in a timely manner.
